The latest version introduces image sharing capabilities within conversations. Users can now exchange photos, screenshots, and other visual content to enhance communication clarity and engagement. Images convey complex ideas quickly and effectively, making troubleshooting and product discussions much more efficient.

Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, TMP, TIFF with a 4MB file size limit.

Media sharing works consistently across all platforms, including WhatsApp integration. Whether customers reach out via your website or WhatsApp, they can share images to better explain their needs.

Security-First Approach

The platform utilizes Azure AI Content Safety to filter unwanted imagery. Media uploads are temporary, residing in blob storage only during active conversations and deleted afterward. User data remains within company OneDrive storage, ensuring your security policies apply.

Speech-to-Text Returns

Users can convert spoken words into text by activating the microphone feature. This restored capability offers improved accuracy and responsiveness for hands-free messaging, perfect for those who prefer speaking over typing.

Enhanced Leave a Message

Visitors can now submit messages outside service hours with improved handling. The system actively notifies the first available agent upon service window opening, ensuring no customer inquiry goes unnoticed.

Agent Hunting & Transfer Improvements

Connections only commence once users are linked with live or virtual agents. Transfer functionality has been refined so initiating agents no longer remain in transferred conversations, providing cleaner handoffs.
