What does the free plan include?
The free plan gives 1 agent live web chat on your business domain, interactive adaptive cards and reminders for inactive chats. No credit card, no time limit. Upgrade when you add a second agent or need Teams presence routing.
Are prices per agent or per website?
Per agent per month. An agent is a Microsoft Teams user who answers chats. Visitors are unlimited on every plan, and each plan supports several domains (2 on Basic, 5 on Pro, 10 on Enterprise AI).
Is VAT included?
Prices are in euros excluding VAT. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge. Billing runs through Microsoft AppSource, so the charge appears on your Microsoft invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Microsoft 365 admin center.
Which plan do I need for the AI chatbot and translation?
The OpenAI virtual assistant and real-time translation in 68 languages are part of Enterprise AI at EUR 25 per agent per month. Video calls (MeetNow) start at Basic, WhatsApp and multi-chat at Pro.
Is uWebChat GDPR-compliant on every plan?
