Best of all, this feature is available to all our enterprise license customers.

The Virtual Assistant is a sophisticated virtual agent designed to support your human agents by answering questions on their behalf when they are unavailable or busy. This feature integrates seamlessly with our existing uWebChat platform, connecting website visitors or WhatsApp users to agents who use Microsoft Teams as their primary communications tool.

How Does uWebChat Virtual Assistant Work?

The Virtual Assistant is a sophisticated virtual agent designed to support your human agents by answering questions on their behalf when they are unavailable or busy. This feature integrates seamlessly with our existing uWebChat platform, connecting website visitors or WhatsApp users to agents who use Microsoft Teams as their primary communications tool.

We are pleased to offer the Virtual Assistant feature to all our enterprise license customers, a limited bundle of tokens is now included in the license price.  Additional  bundles can be added any time. How to get started

Implementing the Virtual Assistant in your uWebChat system is straightforward. Here’s how you can get started.
1) Make sure you have the uWebhat Enterprise License
Using the Free, Basic or Professional license then you can upgrade your uWebChat License to the Enterprise Edition by purchasing the required license and add it to uWebChat by chatting /upgrade in your Conversation window. When that has been succesfully executed you can cancel the Basic or Professional license.

2) Configure your Virtual Assistant

Setup the Virtual Assistant through the uWebChat dialogs, linking it to your organization’s document repository and configuring the FAQ responses.

3) Train your Team
Familiarize your agents with the new feature and train them on how to utilize the Virtual Assistant effectively.
