User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Subscription and Billing

Some aspects of the Service are provided for a fee. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact our support team for refund requests.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
