uWebChat is committed to enhancing interaction experiences. Version 1.11.0 introduces intelligent features designed to make your live chat experience smoother and more efficient, including visitor transcripts, enhanced privileges management, and major Virtual Assistant improvements.

Visitor Transcriptions

Users can now download a transcript of their entire conversation history in .txt format. This capability is available for professional-tier subscribers and works for both agent and virtual assistant conversations, giving visitors a record of the support they received.

Enhanced Privileges Management

Administrators gained the ability to grant or revoke administrative privileges to multiple team members. This feature is accessible via: Help → Manage agents → Manage privileges → Grant or Revoke privileges, making team management more efficient.

Virtual Assistant: Live Agent Connection

Visitors can now transition from the virtual assistant to a live agent for immediate human support. When the AI can't fully address a question, visitors have a clear path to human assistance without starting over.

Virtual Assistant: After-Hours Support

During closed hours, visitors can interact with the virtual assistant instead of only leaving messages. This ensures customers can still get answers to common questions even when human agents aren't available.

Virtual Assistant: Configuration Dialog

A streamlined setup process for configuring virtual assistant credentials and endpoints makes it easier to get started with AI-powered support. The improved dialog guides administrators through the configuration process.

Automatic Deployment
