Users can now upgrade or adjust their licenses without leaving the uWebChat conversation window.
In-App License Upgrades
Previously, adjusting licenses required navigating complex workflows across multiple portals. Now users can upgrade or modify subscriptions without leaving the uWebChat environment. The new version allows customers to transition between plan tiers—from Free to Basic, Professional, or Enterprise—and modify seat counts seamlessly.
Flexible License Management
Whether you need to move from Professional to Enterprise for advanced capabilities, or simply adjust your user seat count from 4 to 6 seats, everything is now possible from within the application. This streamlined approach means faster processing and less time spent on configuration tasks.
Microsoft Store Integration
The platform maintains Microsoft Store as the trusted transaction backbone while simplifying the overall experience. Users benefit from faster upgrade processing, flexible seat adjustments, and operations that remain entirely within the Teams environment.
Privacy-Focused AI Storage
This release also includes anonymized conversation storage capabilities, meeting GDPR requirements. Organizations can now store chat data handled by the AI agent in Azure blob storage for analytics and automated processing while maintaining privacy standards. All data storage remains within your control.
