At uWebChat, we are committed to enhancing your interaction experience. We are thrilled to announce the release of Version 1.11.0, packed with intelligent features designed to make your live chat experience smoother and more efficient. 

New: Visitor Transcriptions

We understand the importance of keeping track of your conversations. With this update, end-users can now download a transcript of their entire conversation history in .txt format. This feature is accessible for professional users and above, and is available for both agent and virtual agent conversations. Whether you need to review past interactions or keep records for future reference, this new feature ensures you have all the information at your fingertips.

Enhanced Privileges Management

Managing your team just got easier. Version 1.11.0 introduces the ability to grant and revoke administrative privileges to multiple agents within your uWebChat tenant. This feature can be found under Help -> Manage agents -> Manage privileges -> Grant or Revoke privileges. Now, you have more control over who can access and manage different aspects of your uWebChat environment, ensuring a more secure and organized workflow.

Virtual Assistant Enhancements

Our virtual assistant is now more versatile and user-friendly than ever before. Here are the key updates:

  • Connect to a Live Agent: Visitors can now seamlessly transition from a conversation with the Virtual Assistant to a live agent. Ensuring that visitors can instantly get human assistance whenever they need it. Enhancing user satisfaction by providing immediate support and resolving issues more efficiently.

 

  • After-Hours Assistance: During closed hours, visitors also have the option to connect with a virtual assistant, in addition to the Leave Message option. Instead of waiting for a response to their message, they can interact with the virtual assistant to get answers to their questions or resolve issues in real-time
 
  • Configuration Dialog: Setting up your virtual assistant is now more straightforward with a new dialog to configure the required credentials and endpoints.
