Now organizations can choose to enable Avatar for their agents. When enabled, agents can authorize uWebChat to retrieve their Teams image and display it in uWebChat conversations with customers.

Automatically available for uWebChat Pro and Enterprise today!

Avatar is available now. The Avatar feature needs to be activated by the uWebChat admin in the “customer settings” section. Simply click on “Yes” in the Avatar option. Then agents have the option to grant permissions to uWebChat to use their personal Teams avatar in uWebChat conversations.
